Event Location

The event is taking place at the Maritim Hotel Düsseldorf, Maritim-Platz 1, 40474 Düsseldorf, Germany.

Event times:

  • Please follow the final agenda that will be distributed to you on Day 1 of the summit. We recommend you have a representative from your organisation at your booth at all times, however, the main networking opportunities will be during breaks (pre-arranged meeting breaks, meal times)

Exhibition Schedule

Load In/Out Times:

  • Load In: 30 November 2026 from 14:00 - 17:00
  • Load Out: 2 December 2026 from 13:00 - 16:00

Notes:

  • Tear down can begin as early as 13:00 on Day 2 of the summit
  • All exhibitor materials must be removed from the facility by 16:00 on 29 October 2025
Exhibition & Additional Services

Event furniture will be delivered by our external provider in the morning of set-up day and will be available at your booth during set-up times. Additional onsite orders are subject to availability and will incur additional delivery and service charges. Same products can not be guaranteed. For any additional orders on-site, please speak with your Account Manager and/or Event Operations.

Delivery & Shipping Info

If you require information regarding shipping materials on site, please reach out to [email protected]. Generis cannot be held responsible for delivery pick-ups or unsupervised packages. For shipping outside the EU, please ensure to have an EORI number.

Booth Order Details

Please complete your booth order using the Booth Order Form linked below. Please note that all orders placed after 17:00 pm CET on Tuesday, 30 September 2025 will be subject to a 20% service fee. For special order items, please contact Event Operations to discuss.

All final booth orders must be received no later than Friday, 3 October 2025.

Booth Cleaning

Should the booth space be extra dirty after set up or tear down or require an excessive amount of rubbish disposal, the hotel reserves the right to charge an hourly cleaning fee, directly payable to the hotel.

Hotel Parking

The hotel offers a limited amount of onsite parking E30/24hrs.
Overflow car parking facilities are available at the IHZ parking garage, allocated next to the hotel. Payments and Ticket Validations must be done with the concierge/ front desk (hotel) directly.

HOTEL Check-In/Check-Out

The Melia Berlin check-in: 15:00, check out: 12:00. Early check-in and check out is subject to availability and may be charged extra.
